To prepare
Molarity of HCl =0.4 M
Volume Of HCl = 200ml
Solution
We know that 29.2 g of HCl is present in 100 g of solution
Volume of solution = mass of solutionDensity of solution

=100/1.25
=80ml
Moles of HCl= 29.236.5=0.8

Where 36.5 g is molar mass of HCl
Molalrity of solution
=0.8100080=10M

To prepare 200ml of 0.4 M HCl
M1V1=M2V2
M1=10M
M2=0.4M
V2=200ml
Putting the values
V1=8ml
