$3 x - x y + 8 y^{2} - (2 x^{2} + 4 x y - 3 x)$

$\Rightarrow 3 x - x y + 8 y^{2} - 2 x^{2} - 4 x y + 3 x$

$\Rightarrow 6 x - 5 x y + 8 y^{2} - 2 x^{2}$
