First find volume of oxygen that can be produced at STP.
Given, V1=500 ml,T1=300 k,T2=273 k
By using formula,
V1T1=V2T2
T2=V1×T2T1
T2=500×273300=455 ml
35 ml can produce 455 ml of oxygen at STP.
By unitary method,
100 ml can produce 1000×45535
=13000 ml=13 L
