The correct option is B 24
Total area of the square tiles
= 36 x 1 = 36 sq. m​
The dimensions of different rectangles formed with the area 36 sq. m are
1 × 36, 2 × 18, 3 × 12, 4 × 9, 6 × 6.​

For minimum perimeter of the formed shape(rectangle), the difference between the measure of the adjacent sides should be minimum. ​
For this case, the measure of the length and the breadth will be equal.​
The length and breadth of the rectangle should be 6 m.​

Perimeter of the rectangle = 6 + 6 + 6 + 6 = 24 m​
