$W_{B}$ ( Weight of solute) = $4.5 g$

$M_{B}$ (Molar mass of solute) = $90 g / m o l$

$V_{A}$ (Volume of solution) = $250 m L$

$V_{A} = \frac{250}{1000} L = \frac{1}{4} L$

$Molarity (M) = \frac{\frac{W_{B}}{M_{B}}}{V_{A}} = \frac{4.5}{90} \times 4 = 0.2 molar$
