Water is very essential for human body. If one will not drink enough water, it will cause many problems like:

  • The most common side effect of not drinking enough water is dehydration.
  • Thirst, headaches, and dryness and stickiness in the mouth, lips, tongue, and skin are common symptoms of dehydration.
  • If you don't drink enough water, your internal cooling mechanism may malfunction, resulting in heat cramps, a racing heart, dizziness, lightheadedness, extreme exhaustion, and symptoms of being excessively hot or cold.
  • Dehydration can disrupt a variety of biological functions, including giving enough oxygen to organs, removing waste materials, and lubricating bones and joints.
