For Row 1 of numbers
As an even number is followed by a two digit even number, then the second number is multiplied with the first. therefore, 40 multiplied by 30 =1200
Now this 1200, even number is followed by a perfect square 3600 then the second number is divided by 1200. Therefore, the resultant number is 3600 divided by 1200 i.e. 3
For Row 2 of numbers
As an odd number is followed by a two digit even number, then the numbers are added therefore, 15+24=39
This odd number is followed by a two digit odd number 17, then the second number is to be subtracted from the first =39-17=22
Resultant of first set of numbers is added to second i.e. 3+22 =25.
Answer is Option B
