$4 g$ $N a O H$ is dissolved in $100 m L$ water. How many $m L$ of $2.5 M$ $H_{2} {S O}_{4}$ will be required for its complete dissolution?

4g = 0.1 mols of $N a O H$

Molarity $= \frac{0.1 m o l s}{0.1 L} = 1 M$

According to the equation:

$N_{1}$ $V_{1}$ = $N_{2}$ $V_{2}$

$M_{1}$ $V_{1}$ = $M_{2}$ $V_{2}$ ( $∵ H_{2} S O_{4}$ is a diprotic acid)

$1 M \times 0.1 = 2.5 \times 2 \times V_{2}$

$= \frac{0.1}{5} = 0.02 L = 20 m L$
