2.25 litre


First we multiply

5 x 45 = 225

Since there are 2 digits after the decimal point in 5 x 0.45, we put decimal point after two places starting from the extreme right.

5 x 0.45 = 2.25

So, 5 bottles can hold 2.25 litres of oil.
