effective capacity between A and B $=6\mu F$,

$\Rightarrow {(\frac{2}{3C}+\frac{2}{C})}^{-1}=6$

${(\frac{1}{C}+\frac{8}{3C})}^{-1}=\frac{3C}{8}=6$

$\Rightarrow C=16\mu F$
