Cost price: The amount paid for a product.

Selling Price: The amount at which the product is sold

Marked Price: The price mentioned by the shopkeeper is more than the selling price, to give a discount to the buyer.

Given:

  • Marked price =Rs.200
  • Discount =5%

Selling Price: =200-5100×200

=200-10=190

Selling price including 5% tax- 190+5100×190

=190+9.5=199.50

Hence- Rs199.50 is the payable amount
