Let the past age of father = 5x

So,
Present ages of son= x+5

present age of father=5x+5

Future age of son = x+15

Future age of father = 5x+15

Given,

2×(x+15)=5x+15
2x+30=5x+15
15=3x
x=5

So the present age of son=10

Present age of father =30
