$\Rightarrow$ x + y = 54 ......(i) and 10x + 22y = 780 .......(ii)

solving the above equations we get

From (i) x = 54 - y, substituting x in (ii)

$\Rightarrow$ 12y = 240 oy y = 20

$\Rightarrow$ x = 34
