For addition, let's align the numbers such the ones place digit of each number are in a single column.


First, we will add ones digits, next we will add tens digits and then we will add hundreds digits of both numbers.

As, adding ones place digits we get "13 Ones".


But, 13 Ones =3 Ones +10 Ones.

10 Ones +3 Ones =1 Tens +3 Ones.

So, we will keep the digit 3 at Ones place and give 1 as a carry to digit at Tens place.

Therefore,



Now at tens place 1+5+3=9 tens


At hundreds place 6+0=6

Thus , the answer is 693
