Given: Volume of silver =66 cm3

Diameter of wire, d=1 mm=110 cm

Radius of the wire, r=110÷2=120 cm

Let length of the drawn wire be l cm.

Volume of the drawn wire = Volume of the given silver

πr2l=66 [ Volume of wire = Volume of cylinder =πr2h ]

227×(120)2×l=66

l=66×20×20×722

l=8400 cm=84 m [100 cm=1 m]
