When things are placed in an object simply get hot on heating but the shape of that object remains unchanged. The heating of the objects are the reversible changes. The two examples are given below:
(i) When we cook any dish in a pressure cooker, the cooker and its handles get hot but their shape remains unchanged.
(ii) When we pour hot tea in a cup, the cup also gets hot. But its shape or size does not change.
