7x + 3 y = 15 ..... (i)
14x + 24y = 10
..... (ii)
Consider equation (i)
[ Fix one variable on LHS and shift everything on the other side ]
7x=153y
(153y)7 ...... (iii)
Put the value of x in equation (ii) and simplify the equation
14[153y7]+24y=10
2[153y]+24y=10
306y+24y=10
18y=20
y=2018=109
Clearly you can eliminate answer option (C) and (D)
Use the value in (iii)
x=[153[109]]7
=[15+103]7
=5521
