Solution

Dear student,
99.9 percent of base sequence are same in human only 0.1 percent is different. Total genome size is 3 x 109, therefore 0.1 percent of 3 x 109 is 3 x 106. So, total 3 x 106 base pair difference is found in human genome of genome size 3 x 109.
