Given: The points A(0, 0), B(7, 2), C(7, 7) and D(2, 7) are the vertices of a quadrilateral.

Then, AC and BD are the diagonals of the quadrilateral ABCD.

We know that slope of a line = y2-y1x2-x1=y1-y2x1-x2

Now, we have the following:

Slope of diagonal AC = 0-70-7=-7-7=1

Slope of diagonal BD = 2-77-2=-55=-1
