When the resistance is connected to a voltage source, the current is given by
$I=\frac{V}{R}$.......(i)

The voltage developed due to charge stored in the capacitor
$V=\frac{Q}{C}$........(ii)
$⟹V=\frac{{10}^{-5}}{{10}^{-6}}$
$⟹V=10V$.....(iii)
Using (iii) in (i) we get
$I=\frac{10V}{10\Omega }$ = $1A$
