The stand still impedance of the main winding is (5.2+j10.1)Ω and that of auxiliary winding is (19.7+j14.2)Ω. The correct option is A 130.5

Zm1=(5.2+j10.1)Ω

Za=(19.7+j14.2)Ω

For maximum starting torque

ϕa+ϕm1=90...(i)

ϕm1=62.76

So using equation (i)

ϕ=27.24

tan1XC14.219.7=27.24

XC=24.34Ω

ωC=0.0410

C=0.041(2×π×50)=130.7μF
