$C_s=\frac{10\times 20}{20+10}=\frac{20}{3}\mu F$

$Q=CV=\frac{20}{3}\times 200\mu C$

$C_p=20+10=30\mu F$

$V=\frac{Q}{C}=\frac{4000}{3\times 30}=\frac{400}{9}Volts$
