The correct option is A 7.5 A, 0.75 lag
When h.v. side is excited,
core loss =VIcos ϕ
=1000×3×0.75=2250 W

When l.v. side is excited,
core loss =VI cos ϕ=2250 W

I=2250V×cosϕ=2250400×0.75=7.5A

Power factor is same for a transformer.
