The correct option is A 1.375 atm
Using PV=nRT

As T is constant,

PiVi=PfVf

P1V1+P2V2=Pf(V1+V2)

Pf=P1V1+P2V2V1+V2

Pf=1×100+1.5×300100+300=100+450400=1.375

Hence, option A is correct.
