Solution

The cost of sugar is Rs.28 with a chocolate of Rs.5 is given free.

Actual cost of sugar =285=Rs.23

Let the shopkeeper paid Rs.x for it.

Therefore,
x+15100x=23
x=23×2023=20
Hence the shopkeeper paid Rs.20 for it.
