Full load armature current =200×1000400=500A

Armature ampere conductors per pole =500×110014×14

Ampere conductors per pole to be compensated by pole face winding

=Pole arcPole Pitch×500×110014×14

Compensating winding conductors per pole

=0.6×500×110014×14×1500

=3.363
