For a line to ground fault,
Positive sequence current,

Ia1=EaZ1+Z2+Z0

Ia1=1j0.25+j0.35+j0.1=j1.428

Base current, Ib=25×1000×1033×13.2×103=1093.46A

Fault current, If=3Ia1×Ib

=3×1.428×1093.46

=4684.38A
