Total Distance Traveled by train in 15 seconds will be equal to the length of the Train + Length of Platform

Let the Length of Platform be $l$
Now, $v = 30 = \frac{250 + l}{15} \Rightarrow 450 = 250 + l \Rightarrow l = 200 m$
