$V_{f} = 250 m l$

$M_{f} = 0.2 M$

$M_{1} = 11.7 M, V_{1} =$ ?

Now,

$V_{1} M_{1} = V_{f} M_{f}$

$V_{1} \times 11.7 = 250 \times 0.2 = 250 \times \frac{2}{10} = 50$

$V_{1} = \frac{50}{11.7} = 4.27 m L$
