The correct option is B the reactive power of the load is 1.732 kVAr
Wattmeter reading,

B=|VPC||ICC|cos ϕ

Now,

VPC=VB=VYVB

ICC=IR


For phasor diagram,

ϕ=(90θ)

So,

Wattmeter reading,

W=|VYB||IR|cos ϕ

W=3 VI cos (90θ)

W=3 VI sin θ=Q

So, meter reads reactive power of the load.
