Let,
P = Stator copper loss = Rotor copper loss = iron loss

No load losses =PNL

Mechanical loss =PmL

No load losses = Iron loss + Mechanical losses

PNL=P+PmL

3 PmL=P+PmL

PmL=P2
Efficiency, η=Output PowerOutput power+losses


=3737+P+P+P+P2

0.90=3737+3.5 P

P = 1.1746 = 1.175 kW

Air gap power =Poutput+ Mechanical losses + Rotor copper losses

Now slip, s=Rotor copper lossesAir gap power

=1.17537+1.1752+1.175=0.03
