The friction load capacity,

$q_f=\alpha \times c_u\times PL$

$P=\pi \times 0.3m;L=10m$

$\therefore q_f=0.7\times 4\times \pi \times 0.3\times 10=26.4$

$Safeload=\frac{26.4}{2.5}=10.55t$
