This mass of water displace,

$$\begin{gathered} v_{\mathrm{water}}=\frac{m_{\mathrm{water}}}{{\rho }_{\mathrm{water}}} \\ =\frac{141}{1000} \\ {v}_{water}=0.141{\mathrm{m}}^3 \end{gathered}$$

This much of water is displaced will be displaced when two extra person get into the boat.
