The correct option is C 45.66 cm

$t a n θ = (\frac{a_{x}}{g + a_{z}})$

$= (\frac{3}{9.81 + 4}) = 0.217$

$\frac{z}{20} = 0.217$

z = 4.34 cm

$∴$ Original height of water in cylinder = 50-4.34 = 45.66 cm
