VR=Vm(1cosωt)

ω=1LC

Vm= per phase peak voltage

ω=10.5×103×8×103=500rad/sec

Vm=(333)×2kV=26.94kV

at t=1.57 msec,
VR=26.94(1cos(500×1.57×103))

VR=7.88kV (Keep the calculator in radian mode)
