We know frictional force $f=\mu N$ where N=normal force=mg

Given sliding friction$\mu =0.25$

Thus, $f=0.25\times 50\times 10=125N$

Hence $F_{net}=F_{app}-f=575-125=450N$

Also we know Force$F=ma$

$a=\frac{450}{50}=9m/s^2$
