From the diagram, we can clearly see that there are two forces acting on girl, tension and weight.


Power developed by the tension T will be zero because Tv.

Now, power due to weight will be,

Pw=Wv

Pw=mgvcos(90+θ)=mgvcos(90+60)

Pw=mgvsin60=50×9.8×2×32

Pnet=Pw=4903 W

So, the net power delivered is 4903 W.
