Equivalent length of pipe $(L_{e})$ concept :

$H_{b e n d} = h_{f r i c t i o n l o s s}$

$K_{B} . \frac{V^{2}}{2 g} = \frac{f . L . V^{2}}{2 g D}$

$K_{B} = \frac{f L}{D}$

$∴ L = \frac{D . K_{B}}{f}$

$∴ Equivalent length (L_{e}) = \frac{0.1 \times 0.9}{0.02}$
