The correct option is A void
As per section 56 of the Act, also known as Doctrine of Frustration, an agreement to do an act impossible in itself is void. In the present case, A agreed to pay B when he marries C. Till here it was a valid contract but when B died before marrying C, there is impossibility to act upon the contract and hence the contract has become void when B died.
