A's 1 day's work = $\frac{1}{10}$

B's 1 day's work = $\frac{1}{15}$

Ratio of wages of A and B = $\frac{1}{10}:\frac{1}{15}=3:2$

A's share = $Rs.(3000\times \frac{3}{5})=Rs.1800$
