Given,

Probability of A's rejection P(A)=25

Probability of A's selection P(A)=1P(A)=125=35


Probability of B's selected P(B)=47

Probability of B's rejection P(B)=147=37


Probability that one of them is selected P=P(A).P(B)+P(A).P(B)=35×37+25×47

=935+835=1735

Hence the probability that one of them is selected =1735
