The correct option is B 1.64Ω
The resistance between the points A and B is
R1=π42π×15

Since the region between the A and B has π/4 part of the 2π angle of the circle.
=18×15=158

The resistance of the remaining part:
R2=7π8π×15=1058

These two resistances are parallel to each other. Therefore,
Rnet=158×1058158+1058

=1058×158×8120=10564=1.64Ω
