The correct option is B 40 days
According To Given Information

WA+WB=W10

1A+1B=110....................................................(1)

WB+WC=W20

1B+1C=120...................................................(2)

Subtracting the Above Two Equations we get

1A1C=120

1A=1C+120

Now,

4(1A)+6(1B)+22(1C)=1

using Eq (1 ) and Eq (2)

4(1C+120)+6(1201C)+22(1C)=1

C=40
