Let the investment of $C$, $B$ and $A$ be $Rs.x$, $Rs.(x+5000)$ and $Rs.(x+9000)$ respectively.

Then,

$x+(x+5000)+(x+9000)=50000$

$3x=36000$

$x=12000$

Therefore,

$C=Rs.12000,B=Rs.17000,A=Rs.21000$

$A:B:C=21:17:12$
