A , B , C , D are four angles such that,

$A+B+C+D={360}^0$

Here, A and B are acute angles and D & C are obtuse angles.

Hence we can that,

one acute angle + one obtuse angle is equal to another acute angle + another obtuse angle.

Hence the possibility is ,

A + D = B + C

or, A + C = B + D

Therefore option A is correct.
