A bag contains $15$ cabbage, $20$ carrots and $25$ turnips
Total vegetable $=15+20+25=60$
Probability that vegetable will not be carrot is same as the probability of vegetable will be cabbage and turnip.
Probability of vegetable to be cabbage and turnip is $\frac{40}{60}=\frac{2}{3}=0.667$
So probability that vegetable will not be carrot is also $\frac{2}{3}=0.667$
