Weight of sugar = $6\frac{7}{9}$ = $\frac{61}{9}$ kg

Weight of Rice = $7\frac{5}{6}$ = $\frac{47}{6}$ kg

Total weight of the bag = Weight of the sugar + Weight of Rice

= $\frac{61}{9}$ kg + $\frac{47}{6}$ kg

LCM of 9 and 6 is 36

= $\frac{61\times 4}{9\times 4}$ kg + $\frac{47\times 6}{6\times 6}$ kg

= $\frac{244}{36}$ kg + $\frac{282}{36}$ kg
