A bag had 97 marbles. Geetha came and took 37 marbles away and Adrian put in some more marbles into the bag. The number of marbles in the bag now is 13 more than the number of marbles it had initially. Find how many marbles Adrian had put in the bag.

Initially number of marble = 97
Geetha took 37 marble
so number of marble left =97-37=60

let number of marble put by Adrian= x
60+x is total number of marble in bag

it is given that number of marble are now 13 greater than intial number of marbles
means it has 97+13=110

now 60+x=110
x= 50

Adrian had put 50 marble in the bag
