The correct option is A $5 m + 6$
Total cakes $= 7 m + 11$

Number of cakes sold $= 2 m + 5$

Number of cakes remaining to be sold $= (7 m + 11) - (2 m + 5)$

$= 7 m + 11 - 2 m - 5$ [Distributive property]

$= 7 m - 2 m + 11 - 5$ [Commutative property]

$= 5 m + 6$

Thus, $5 m + 6$ more cakes have to be sold.
