The correct option is D 12 m/s
Lift=m2 and Ball=m1

v1=(m2m1)u1(m2+m1)+2m2u2m1+m2

But m2>>m1,

v1=m2u1m2+2m2u2m2

v1=u1+2u2

Given h=5m

v2u2=2gs

0u2=2×10×5

u1=10ms and u2=1ms

v1=10+2×1=12ms
